Training & Experience
I was trained at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), in San Rafael, CA, the leader in coach training. My certification credentials from CTI stand for Certified, Professional Co-Active Coach - CPCC.
My background includes almost a decade in
educational management and leadership and several years of cross-cultural training. I have a Master's Degree in
Organizational Psychology and am a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator) practitioner. I am originally from Switzerland and fully bi-cultural as well as bi-lingual (English/German).
In
addition to coaching, I am also a certified Feng Shui practitioner and have studied Chinese and
Western Astrology for many years. With your permission, I will draw
from my Feng Shui and astrology knowledge to broaden the scope and
impact of my coaching practice.
